Hello and welcome to the CVA student application page for the academic school year 2021-22. We are so incredibly excited to partner with your child through through their virtual academic journey.

Here you will find the application below to submit your pre-registration information for your child(ren) for the upcoming school year. Space is extremely limited, please do not hesitate to complete the application.

Please be aware; you will need to complete an individual application for each child to be considered pre-registered for the CVA 2021-22 school year. The Department of Student Services will send additional information via e-mail with a link to complete your child(ren)'s mandatory student registration information through our digital student information platform - PowerSchool, in May of 2021.

*All applications will be individually reviewed and must meet the Collierville resident eligibility to be considered an actively enrolled student at Collierville Schools.*

We will only afford Collierville Virtual Academy to grade levels 3-12 for the 2021-22 academic school year at this time.
